Account & Registration

Go to trustdice.ws/register and fill in the registration form with your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a secure password. Verify your email using the link TrustDice sends you, and your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes and no documents are required at sign-up.

Yes, completely free. Creating a TrustDice account costs nothing. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit, and the minimum deposit is just Rs 200. There are no account fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs at any point.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at TrustDice. Age verification is enforced during registration and again when you make your first withdrawal. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your TrustDice wallet instantly — typically within seconds of confirming the payment on your phone. IBFT bank transfers usually reflect within 5–15 minutes but can occasionally take up to 1 business hour depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits process within 1–3 minutes.

Wait 15 minutes first — most delayed deposits resolve on their own. If your balance still hasn't updated after that, contact TrustDice live chat support with your transaction reference number, payment method, amount, and approximate time. Keep a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash confirmation as this speeds up the investigation. TrustDice's finance team can trace and credit pending deposits quickly.

TrustDice does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your own mobile wallet or bank may apply a small transaction fee on their end — check with your payment provider if you're unsure. Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your TrustDice account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount, and confirm. First-time withdrawals require identity verification (CNIC). After that, withdrawals are processed in under 3 minutes for mobile wallet methods.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for all payment methods at TrustDice. There is no maximum on standard withdrawal requests, though very large withdrawals may require an additional review by the TrustDice finance team before processing — this is standard practice and typically takes less than 24 hours.

For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process in under 3 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically take 5–10 minutes. IBFT bank transfers arrive within 1–2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing time. Wagering requirement means you must bet a total equal to 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totalling Rs 20,000 (using any combination of real money and bonus funds) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Most games on TrustDice contribute 100% towards wagering — including slots, Andar Bahar, Fishing Games, and most Card Games. Poker contributes at a reduced rate, and some live table games may have lower contribution percentages. A Rs 1,000 bet at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake) if successful. Odds reflect the probability of an outcome and the house margin. TrustDice's PSL odds are updated in real time using live cricket data feeds.

Cash out is available on selected TrustDice PSL and cricket betting markets. When cash out is available for your bet, a "Cash Out" button and the current offer value appears in your open bets section. Click it to accept the offer and receive the cash out amount immediately to your TrustDice balance. Cash out availability and values fluctuate in real time based on match progress and current odds.

If a PSL match is officially abandoned before a result is reached, TrustDice will void all unsettled bets on that match and refund all stakes in full to players' accounts. Rain rules and DLS method results are treated as official results for match winner betting. If a match is reduced in overs but completed, TrustDice settles based on the official result.
