TrustDice Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players' Complete Guide

Welcome to TrustDice. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and TrustDice ("TrustDice", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the TrustDice platform accessible at trustdice.ws, including all associated games, betting markets, promotions, and services.

By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on TrustDice, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact TrustDice support before registering. Do not proceed with registration if you do not agree to these Terms.

TrustDice reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-screen notification. Continued use of the TrustDice platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To use TrustDice's full range of services — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free. The following rules apply to all TrustDice accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one TrustDice account. If you already have a registered account, do not create another. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your TrustDice username or password with any other person. TrustDice will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Account ownership: TrustDice accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any balance within it to another person.
• Verification: TrustDice may request identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documents when requested may result in account restriction.

TrustDice reserves the right to reject any registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

TrustDice is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use TrustDice. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

TrustDice takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method. No winnings will be paid to underage players under any circumstances.

TrustDice accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by TrustDice.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. TrustDice does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits received from third-party payment accounts may be returned and the depositing account reviewed.

TrustDice does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available at all times. If a preferred method is temporarily unavailable, players should contact support for assistance.

TrustDice processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified Pakistani payment method registered to the account holder will be used.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Processing time: TrustDice targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification requirement: Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. TrustDice may request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal fees: TrustDice does not charge a fee for withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Active bonus funds: Withdrawal requests cannot include bonus funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirement. Only real-money balances (and cleared bonus winnings) are eligible for withdrawal.

TrustDice reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are active fraud investigations, outstanding verification requests, or if TrustDice has reasonable grounds to believe the withdrawal may be connected to bonus abuse or account misuse.

TrustDice offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all TrustDice bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The exact wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Only bets placed with real-money funds count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Game contributions: Different TrustDice games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All TrustDice bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account. Uncompleted wagering forfeits all associated bonus funds and bonus winnings.
• Welcome bonus: The TrustDice welcome bonus of 100% up to Rs 10,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per verified player identity, address, device, and payment method.
• Abuse: TrustDice reserves the right to cancel and void any bonus, along with associated winnings, if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage, or other methods inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

TrustDice may withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already in progress.

The following rules govern all sports and event betting on TrustDice, including PSL betting and other cricket markets:

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per bet unless stated otherwise on the specific market.
• Maximum bet: TrustDice applies per-market and per-event maximum bet limits. These limits are visible at the time of bet placement and may vary by event significance and odds level.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when the TrustDice system issues a confirmed bet reference number. Bets shown as "pending" are not confirmed. TrustDice is not obligated to accept any bet.
• In-play betting: All in-play bets are accepted subject to network conditions and market availability. TrustDice may suspend in-play markets at any time. A bet submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned before the minimum required play, or if TrustDice determines that a material error occurred in the stated odds. Voided bets return the stake to the player's account.
• Obvious errors: TrustDice reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly stated in error (e.g., a decimal error resulting in odds of 100.00 when 1.00 was intended). Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL-specific: PSL match bets are settled on the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board. D/L method results are accepted as final. Matches abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result are voided.

All casino and card games offered on TrustDice — including Andar Bahar, Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, Slots, and Fishing Games — operate under the following general rules:

• Game fairness: All RNG-based games use a certified and audited random number generator. Published RTP percentages reflect verified long-run averages and are accurate. TrustDice does not alter game outcomes based on individual player history or account status.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer tables use physical cards shuffled and dealt by a human dealer on camera. The dealing process is visible at all times. TrustDice is not responsible for disruptions to live dealer streams caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Disconnection policy: If a player is disconnected mid-round, the game outcome will be determined by the server's recorded game state at the time of disconnection. TrustDice is not responsible for losses resulting from the player's internet connection failure.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a confirmed game malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome, TrustDice will void the affected round and return all stakes. Malfunctions must be reported to support within 24 hours of the session.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. TrustDice reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TrustDice and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one TrustDice account, or registering an account using another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with TrustDice games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — these must be reported to support immediately upon discovery
• Attempting to access or alter TrustDice servers, databases, or platform code through any means
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage staking, or patterns of play that demonstrate an intent to exploit promotions rather than genuine recreational participation
• Using TrustDice for any activity related to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing TrustDice support staff or other players

TrustDice reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide required verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of TrustDice promotions
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming tools

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, TrustDice reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their TrustDice account may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within 3 business days, provided all verification requirements have been met.

TrustDice is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players on its platform. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players can configure on-screen reminders at regular intervals to prompt awareness of how long they have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no bets can be placed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period has expired.
• Reality checks: During longer sessions, TrustDice may display a pop-up showing the duration of the session and the player's net position during that session.

By creating a TrustDice account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with payment providers as necessary to process deposits and withdrawals, and with identity verification services when KYC checks are required.

TrustDice implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No data security system is completely impenetrable, however, and TrustDice cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

All content on the TrustDice platform — including the website design, software, text, images, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of TrustDice or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TrustDice platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any TrustDice content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustDice's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

TrustDice is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage during a gaming session
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms, including failure to log out of a shared device or failure to maintain secure account credentials
• Temporary unavailability of the TrustDice platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond TrustDice's control

Nothing in these Terms limits TrustDice's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

TrustDice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, TrustDice will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an on-screen notification at next login.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using TrustDice and may request the closure of your account and return of your real-money balance. Continued use of TrustDice following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
